How do I return a product as a guest?
It’s easy to return a product and receive a fast refund. Just follow these steps:
Initiate a return as a Guest user:
1. Head over to the Orders & Returns page
2. Enter your order data
3. Click “Initiate a return”
4. Select the quantity you would like to return, then click“ConfirmReturn”:
Your refund will be immediately initiated as soon as we receive your item. You won’t have to pay for return shipping if you follow our return procedure.
If you don’t qualify for free return shipping but paid for your purchase using PayPal, you might be eligible for a refund of return shipping costs through PayPal. Visit PayPal for more information here.
