How do I return a product as a guest?
It’s easy to return a product and receive a fast refund. Just follow these steps:
Initiate a return as a Guest user:
1. Head over to the Orders & Returns page: https://ufpro.com/orders
2. Enter your order data
3. Click “Initiate a return”
4. Select the quantity and the reason why would you like to return, then click “Confirm Return”:
Your refund will be immediately initiated as soon as we receive your item. You won’t have to pay for return shipping if you follow our return procedure.
