Will my parcel be charged customs and import charges?

Deliveries to EU mainland addresses aren't subject to customs or import charges.

For orders delivered outside the EU, customs duties, import taxes, handling fees, or other local charges may apply. Where applicable, information about potential additional charges is also provided during checkout.

In most cases, these charges are applied once the parcel reaches the destination country and passes through customs. Any applicable duties, taxes, or handling fees must be paid by the person receiving the parcel. This applies to both retail and wholesale customers.
