How do I schedule a pickup with DHL?
You can drop off your return package at your nearest DHL Service Point or schedule a pickup using the steps below:
- To schedule a pickup, go to this page
- When you land at the DHL website to schedule the pickup, please make sure you:
- choose YOUR COUNTRY FLAG as your country in the right upper corner
- you tick "NO" when it asks if you already have a shipping label
- you chose "I already have a DHL Waybill Number"
