How can I change my delivery address?

Unfortunately, due to our automated system, we can no longer edit your order, including the delivery or billing address. 

However, you can easily change the delivery address via DHL On-Demand Delivery.

As soon as you receive an email from us with a tracking number to track your shipment, you can easily update your delivery details by following the link here: On-Demand Delivery.

You will receive an email with the 10-digit tracking number as soon as your package is dispatched, and address changes are possible via On-Demand Delivery as soon as tracking is enabled for the tracking number (usually from 16:00 onwards).
