How do I exchange a product?

Unfortunately, we are not able to exchange items as our automated system does not support that.

But here’s what to do if you want a different size, color, or style of the product you purchased. Go to our online store and place a new order for this item, then ship back to us the original item. As soon as we receive that returned original item, we’ll refund to you its purchase price.
