Having troubles with return process

Once you initiate a return you should receive a return label in PDF to your email. In case this does not work you can still access your label on the return site by inserting your email and return reference on https://ufpro.com/returns.

To schedule a pickup head to this page and follow the instructions below:

- choose your country in the right upper corner

- you tick "NO" you already have a shipping label

- you chose "I already have a DHL Waybill Number"
